Pizza Bros

I drive from Manly to Erskinville to visit these pizza geniuses, and it’s a no brainer. Not that I lack great pizza in Manly, but these guys take pizza to another level. They take pizza to heavenly heights. Cacio E Pepe is worthy of angelic trumpets (and don’t the angels love black truffle - the trumpets were loud tonight); Hot Honey pizza as described. Spicy hot, and almost drowned in lush honey to offset the heat, toasted sesame seeds to drive tastebuds wild… but, wait! Gooey ricotta that for some unknown reason got better as the pizza cooled. This is heaven. This is pleasure beyond pleasure. Almost biblical. Actually, there are trumpets still sounding after the first bite of the astonishingly delicious Cacio E Pepe - so yes! It’s biblical! And who on Earth grates fresh Parmesan on to piping hot crust? Next level… Do not miss Pizza Bros, and don’t dare say your local pizzeria makes the greatest pizza unless, of course, you’re next door to these incredibly skillful, passionate and uber proud angels of genuine Italian, Napoli goodness fluffy pizza.

Pizza Bros is doing very solid pizzas — the bases are sturdy and well-cooked, and the toppings are packed with flavour. My favourite was definitely the pepperoni — the spicy slices had a really nice kick and worked perfectly with the base. The Waterworld pizza with prawn was also tasty, though I preferred the spicier salami and pepperoni options. Even on a busy night, the team pumped out pizzas efficiently, and the takeaway we grabbed was hot and fresh. I really appreciated the friendly and motivated staff, and the chilli oil they give you elevates the flavours even more. Solid spot if you want some well-made, flavourful pizza!

The dough was amazing and super tasty, and all the pizzas were perfectly matched with their toppings. The staff were so friendly, and the beer went perfectly with the pizza. We had such a great time highly recommend!

The taste was absolutely great! I tried the hot honey and truffle, and both were delicious. The price is quite high, but reasonable considering the quality. I would recommend booking in advance, as almost every table was reserved when I arrived.

Pizza was really good!! We had hot honey and special wagyu which were both incredible! I love wagyu because I’m a meat lover but hot honey was highly recommended as well. Chefs were really friendly, great service. Khob khun kha. A roi mak!!

Wow wow wow! What a spot - such brilliant pizza, and bonus points for being dog friendly. We drove 1hr+ to get here and it was definitely worth it. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves pizza, good vibes (and dogs). Their wagyu beef special was amazing! and special mention to the truffle cacio e pepe

Had a really good dinner here, the pizzas were excellent and the overall atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. We ordered two: the hot honey and a marty salami pizza. The hot honey was rich, creamy, and full of complex flavor with just the right amount of char on the crust and the honey really completed the rich cheese and nduja, while the salami one had a nice balance of spice and tangy tomato sauce. Both had that authentic wood-fired texture and aroma. The drinks were refreshing too, perfect to pair with the pizzas. Service was friendly but kinda mid in terms of attentiveness. The dining area had a bright, airy feel with big windows letting in the evening light, which made the place feel really comfortable to sit and chat in. I would definitely come back to try the other pizzas though

Pizza was absolutely delicious! Everything was spot on crispy crust and flavor was amazing. I’ve been here twice already and honestly never regretted it. Great vibe, great food, and definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.
